Keith B. Riley initiated the development of CRM4INSURANCE identifying the challenges Insurance Agency/ Financial Institution face in today's competitive market. Keith has focused on all business automation and critical processes to be developed for retaining Customers and improving corporate performance.

Keith is Executive Vice President of Marketing for renowned Peel & Holland Financial Group, serving from 1924.

Keith received his BBA in Insurance and Risk Management from Eastern Kentucky University. While attending EKU, he was president of the chapter of Sigma Chi, winner of Outstanding Greek Man in 1991, a member of Gamma Lota Sigma, the insurance honorary society, and recipient of the Seibels-Bruce scholarship for his junior and senior years.

Mahesh Rao K is the architect for the CRM and has contributed towards analysis and development of the platform with Keith Riley. Mahesh has extensively researched on the available technologies to design the CRM that can fit into any small and medium sized Organization wihtout any additional software licenses along with the CRM. Mahesh has designed the CRM to deliver the daily workflow and comprehensive reports faster in today's no-time man hours.

Mahesh is Chairman of INBISS Solutions Inc., started as software services and consulting company in 2002.

Mahesh received his BS in Software from Sri Venkateswara University and Masters in Management Studies from BITS Pilani. Mahesh has delivered services as Project Manager and Business Development Executive at MphasiS and HP. With his techno-commerical experience, Mahesh been able to successfully mould business solutions through cutting edge technologies for small and medium size enterprises.
